Great experience! First time here , when i walked in I was greeted right away, she was lovely offering me a drink while I waited for my stylist. Christina was amazing , I was unsure of what I wanted and she did an amazing job! Overall pleased with my experience :)

The owner Jimmy was very accommodating to me after my negative experience with Ashley and Dallas is the sweetest, most caring person and also a fabulous colorist. Overall a great salon, if you avoid Ashley Nicastro. She doesn’t know what she’s doing with color -I walked out with frightening Halloween orange hair! Then she tried to rip me off by trying to charge me full price for another balayage treatment to “fix” my hair that she ruined. She is also rough to the point where it felt like she was mad at me while doing my hair. 5 stars for Jimmy & Dallas, 0 for Ashley.

left with an exceptional haircut. Stylist/barber that was there that day was on point. Likely to never go again since I dont live anywhere near but based on initial experience I was very pleased w service and cut.

Ashley rocks like no one I’ve ever seen! She has hands of gold and a heart full of love!!! I walked in to Echo with blue/black hair and wanted to go blonde. I know the process will take numerous visits But Ashley concurred exactly what I wanted in two visits a week apart!!! Ashley is absolutely phenomenal !!! Her dedication to make her clients happy is simply amazing, her energy to make sure you know step by step what your hair is going through keeps you at ease. Absolutely Love Ashley!!
