I just had the most embarassing eye brow wax of my life... im next door at lily nails hoping they can fix it. I had to run out before the hair cut... there is no way id let the same hands trim my hair

These people cannot cut hair bruh, they f**** my hair up. I should've never went there. Worst haircut I've ever had.

HORRIBLE HAIR CUT!!!! I'm so pissed my husbands hair came out looking extremely patchy AND it took over 1 hour for a regular hair cut! This lady even cut her finger in the process!!!!! Worst hair cut I have ever seen! AVOID AVOID AVOID. Not even for a $5 hair cut I'd pay these people!!! BTW this lady had to call another lady to fix it because she didn't know what to do and STILL neither of them did it right! NEVER AGAIN I AM RAGING ANGRY!!!!

Don't check in online as they won't consider it. Even though you did, you still have to wait for 20 - 30 minutes depending on number of people who are already in the shop. I suggest to go in person and write down your name which might get higher priority.

It's ok if your in a pinch. The prices went up and they stopped the hot towel service. The girl who cut my hair acted as if she was asleep. Maybe they shoud give free coffee to the emloyees.
