I visited this store today looking for a foundation and Aíslen was in the Benefit department and offered to help. Not only did she help me find a foundation but she also introduced me to some products and tried them on me. She was very knowledgeable and patient. Great customer service!!

For the salon: The salon staff is unbelievably talented and kind. I appreciate all the help and products of hard work Genelly has done for me! She is truly amazing. Marilyn is also very patient and gave wonderful service. Overall i'd say that both these individuals have catered to a great experience. Thank you for all of your hard work! 🩷(:

The staff was friendly however the store seemed to be lacking workers at the time I went there which was about 5 pm as it took a long while for anyone to acknowledge or assist me. This didn't bother me much as I know my way around as I am a makeup artist and knew what to look for. I also waited a long time in line even though there was only 2 persons ahead of me. The wait was due to only 2 persons at the register who didn't have any sense of urgency. Besides the lack of employees and the long wait. It was a pleasant enough experience.

The store was nice and clean. It was pretty busy when I went, so it was a bit hard to get help, but I was very happy that the store was well stocked as I left with what I needed. Will shop there again.

When I first moved back to Florida in 2014 it took me a while to find a hairstylist that was outstanding!! I’m so happy that I found Imreza. She’s extremely knowledgeable and super talented!
