Aura Salon I hope you know what a gem you have in your salon..Elyssa is amazing at her craft..she transformed my look..she took time to evaluate and educate me about my hair texture..things that would work better for the health of my hair. She not only brought my hair back to life..but the sassy spirit in me. I’m giving five stars only because I got more than I expected but honestly the freezing hair wash was uncomfortable and miserable..I was cold the entire time..the girls were very apologetic but seriously if management is aware of this situation fix it..a warm relaxing head massage is the best part of getting pretty..get it together for the comfort of your customers. Thank you Elyssa I’ll definitely be back even if I have to bring my own hot water Ugh

Being in a new place is awful when it comes to needing your hair done, unfortunately my first try did not go well at all. I left with what looked like green grown out hilights and so much damage from lack of care and quality products. Aura salon booked me within two days of my call and Elyssa did a beautiful color correction on my hair. I am 100% happy that i did not have to walk out of that salon feeling like i did the time time before. Going from dark to light isn’t something any stylist can just do apparently but you can be confident in Elyssa at Aura salon. Thank you!

Was very excited to go to this salon when I saw the reviews. Went to get a perm (Beach curls) and walked out with half of my hair still straight, half of it fried, and $250 dollars later. They said it was just because of how long my hair was. That would have been understandable except for the fact that after an hour it was even straighter than when I went in. My hair was breaking off in my hand if I tried to run my fingers through it. Ended up having to cut a little more than 6” off. Would not recommend this place for a perm unless you want to go bald. Luckily I had about 16” to spare before the hair cut.

Went there to get a hair cut she had someone in the chair told me it be about 45 mins and that I could come back. So I left called and she said oh about another 45 mins. Waited again almost 2 hours, go back and she says oh sorry my other appointment came in. Wasted 2 hours of my day with no hope of getting a haircut.
