Tonya, Tonya Tonya!! She matched my color perfectly! Out of town and in a hurry to get my hair done, she nailed it and I couldn't thank her enough!

I just moved to the area and you guys know how long it takes to find a stylist/colorist! I got lucky when I found Tonya thru Yelp. I like to wear challenging reds and for my hair to look thicker than it is. Tonya rose to the challenge the very first time! I have received many, many compliments on both my hair color and cut. This lady really knows color and she understands how to work hair. I am very impressed and would recommend her to anyone.

Shear Hair Salon is a great salon and everyone that works there does a great job as far as I know. My stylist was Danielle and I went to her several times for a color and occasional hair cuts. She's a very talented hairstylist and always did a fantastic job on my hair. I give 5 stars on all that. However, my reason for taking off 2 stars is because I often got the feeling that maybe she just didn't like me based on her attitude a lot of times, and for her lack of response to me when I would text her, and when I would request appointments. I do understand that she was probably busy every day for most of the day, but it got to be where it would happen a lot and I would have to text 2 or even 3 times before I would finally get a response. Maybe I could be wrong and making false assumptions, but that's the vibe I would often get from her, except for the first couple of times I went to her. It made me feel a little uncomfortable, and I felt like she didn't care about keeping me as a client. It's very unfortunate and I'm bummed about it because I really liked her and I hate losing her as a stylist, as they are hard to come by, and I'm having to go elsewhere now to get my hair done.

I have been going to Selim for a long time. He is very knowledgeable and an extremely pleasurable person to be around. He has done a variety of things to my hair, he has an extensive knowledge of hair and always has my best interest in mind. He has done my extensions, highlights, low lights, blow outs, hair cuts and etc... I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a great hair stylist and as a plus he is even an amazing friend. I will add that on this side of town not many people know how to apply and blend extensions properly. I receive many compliments on my hair for the color and how beautiful it looks. He did it so well no one even knows that they are extensions! Once again, I would recommend Selim 1000%!! Thank you Selim, youâ€™re the best!!
