Iâ€™m from Miami & moved to broward and I was looking for a broward stylist to wash & treat my hair. I went yesterday & made an appointment for 5:15 but I let the person know that Iâ€™d be coming right after work & traffic would be a factor. Guaranteed me that if I was running late, theyâ€™d still take me. So I get there about 5:28, and they are speaking in Spanish about the appointment shaking their head. Little do they know, my boyfriend, who was there is Cuban & speaks fluent Spanish. He said they were saying that they close at 6, my service was going to take too long, and they all had to be somewhere so no one wanted to take me. Basically, the customer or money the customer would pay for them to stay, didnâ€™t matter. Just thought it was unprofessional because if you couldnâ€™t take me you couldâ€™ve told me the day before after I spoke with you, told you what I wanted done, and let you know I may be late. Completely unprofessional in my opinion. Found another salon that closed at 6 but the stylist told me she could definitely take me.

TERRIBLE!!!!! Not even the owner can do hair!! She burnt my hair! Not a real Dominican salon , your hair comes out so FLAT with NO BODY! They canâ€™t achieve a bouncy look without a flat iron. Also this place is so OUTDATED! Also the washes are horrible your hair still feels like it need washed! Take your business somewhere else!

TERRIBLEEEEEEEÂ¡ PLEASE don't use tina or karina they're terrible they just make you wait there forever and won't give you a good service... if you ever want to go rose it's such a nice lady that would take care of you but not the other ladies!!
