I made an appt to get my roots touched up and cover my gray hairs and asked for the color to blend into my naturally dirty blonde hair color. The stylist bleached my hair and this cost me $200. I returned the following day and she put a darker toner in my hair to tone the brightness and make it look more natural, except my hair was already so light that it took on the dark toner. This cost me an extra $45 and I left the salon holding back tears...... with brown hair. I am so upset over this situation as I specifically showed the stylist pictures of my hair and trusted that she could do the job. I will never set foot in Vivid Salon again.
There was no uncertainty about my desired color. And no apology from the salon, rather making me appear indecisive about what I was asking the stylist for. I know my hair color, don't insult me because your stylist turned my hair brown. A humble establishment that truly values their customers would not only take ownership of their error but would take advantage of an opportunity to make things right rather than wish me luck finding a new salon! This is how you grow and sustain a successful business. I welcome the owner to reach out to me personally to offer a resolution.
