Worst hair experience Ever ! Helen told me to shut up - horrible rapport with customers ! It seems impossible to find the place, especially if you're not from the area. Supposedly its in a shopping mall with multiple other stores. I was lost & panicked on the heavily trafficked highway outside and couldn't see a storefront for her place, so had to turn off at a busy intersection and finally came to a Publix which she kept telling me was the place, but it was not the correct shopping center. Being very panicked and speaking quickly because I was so upset I was running late and not knowing at all where I was, she screamed "Well , if you would just shut up !". I tried calling to speak to her before leaving this bad review, but she refuses to answer her phone.
