Beware of hidden costs! This place is way overpriced and so not worth it. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! They quote you a price then lie and say a haircut was not included in their price when it was. They actually said their prices when up today AFTER they provided services and I should be charged nearly $300, but I'm only going to charge you $260 which was way more than they originally quoted me. I don't mind paying good money for a good haircut and color, but ripping people off is not ok! Her next client arrived and she was rushed so she dry cut my hair and never sectioned it taking only 5 minutes to cut the ends. Then when I told her it looked awful she used thinning sheers on the ends and made it worse because I have super straight thick hair. NEVER AGAIN!! Plus my color looks nothing like the photo I showed her. EPIC FAIL!

Very unprofessional, I asked to be blonde and I came out brunette. I called back to voice my opinions and he wouldn’t even let me speak, he rambled on about how in demand his and his weeks are full, over speakerphone in a care with three other people and their mouths dropped. I told him he was rude and I didn’t appreciate the attitude so then at that point he was able to “squeeze” me in. Umh, No. $325 for nothing. Got a refund and researched some other girls who are more skilled! But guess what? The banned me from receiving service. WOW. Don’t go!

KEYANA gave me the perfect haircut!! Two years ago my hair was chopped off and stacked in the back, against my wishes. I have been growing it out and I finally decided I needed someone to FIX it but I just didn't want to lose the length I had worked so hard to achieve which is finally down to my shoulders. Keyana sectioned my hair as a true professional and she cut my hair so it was even/symmetrical on both sides and she KEPT my Length! It's 4 days later and I am still so thrilled at he job she did! She listened and she did exactly what I was hoping for. The price was a little higher than I had paid in the past $45 vs. $18 but obviously you get what you pay for! For the price, you get your hair washed in a massaging chair (I didn't want to get out of that), the salon was clean and beautiful, everyone was nice, and I just can't say enough about KEYANA!!! I finally feel good about my hair again!!! Thank you KEYANA and Salon Jaylee at the Wedgewood location.

I came here for the first time and received an amazing haircut by Alexis. I got long layers and she did it perfectly! She is extremely talented at what she does. I booked a color appointment with her and she did SUCH an amazing job! I showed her a picture of what I wanted in my hair and she replicated it EXACTLY how I wanted it to look with the color I already had in my hair. She is highly skilled & very professional. She listens to what you want & makes sure that you are completely satisfied with your look. Do yourself a favor and book with Alexis now!
