Heidi does such an amazing job and really listens to her customers when they come in, even the first time ones. She patient and gets to understand what it is YOU are looking for and helps you polish what you want the end result to be! Crazy idea to give the customer what they want?! The support staff was professional and the building was well maintained. I watched the other stylists and they also seemed to be listening to their customers and helping them get to the style they wanted.

Omg!!! Where do I start... First.. Ashley Harper is amazing... She has created the spunky Diva in me... I went from LONG hair to really SHORT and sassy.. I LOVE IT... THE COLOR IS PERFECT...Ashley is so passionate about doing your hair and makes you feel like you are her only client. She really cares.. We love her!!!!

I've been to see heidi 2 times, both times she was ready at my appt. Time. I got great coloring and haircut and she is very pleasant.

Went there 3 weeks ago and got my hair and bangs trimmed for the first time. Same style I've done for years. At the end of my haircut after blow drying, my hair was looking frizzy, so they took thinning shears all over my hair and bangs. Looked fine at first, but now as it's growing out my hair looks terrible! Ends sticking out all over the place, especially on my bangs. The edges of my blunt bangs where they blend into the rest of my hair are a complete mess. Very disappointed will not be back.
