Theresse was ready and waiting when my daughter and I arrived. She promptly started on my hair and the stylist who braided my daughters hair arrived shortly after and even apologized for running a bit late (which wasn’t that late at all)! Theresse and the ladies were both professional and pleasant. We also had great conversations while they were braiding. No time or money was wasted with our visit!! We are completely satisfied with the finished product and will definitely be returning. Thank you

Came to get a retwist, left so unsatisfied. Looked n different from when I came in. A big waste of money.

I love her work, but she cut my twist in the back an not in the front major mess up you not suppose to cut them. now I can't wear them down at all.... their all uneven a mess I called to straighten it out. I was willing to pay a lil an she refused me an hug up the ph 250$ later mad as hell

I will never go back to Teresa again. Not only did she mess up my hair but she's also very unprofessional. When I contacted her about my hair she refused to take responsibility for it instead of offering to fix it. Never again.

I'm surprised at negative reviews. I've been getting my hair braided here for at least 3-4 years. The owner braids very neat and I have never been let down by the quality of work from the other braiders. Pros: quality, you get what you ask for (they will let you know up front if they cannot do a style), fast braiders, and they don't catch your baby hairs as much as I have had from other briaders ( = less breakage and a healthy crown). Cons: Once in all the times I have been going they did arrive late, but only by 5 minutes. And they are not always warm and bubbly. They are not mean, just not bubbly. But that has never bothered me as I attribute that to fatigue from hours of standing and braiding.
