Awesome place to have your hair done. Anita is one of the best I've had do my hair. She's fair when it comes to pricing and has an amazing personality and offers really good customer service. She's really good at what she does, offering styles from her tears of experience and if you see something you like she can get it done for you. She does braids for children and adults, make and female hairstyles and she is also proficient at testing hair and for those who are growing their hair naturally she knows how to treat natural hair for maximum hair growth.

I had an appointment today at 2:30 she called me to ask if I could come at 3pm no problem... I get to the salon no one is there I wait about 10 mins still nothing.... I send a text no response.... 30 mins later I call she said I’m not going to be there until 4:30 pm... wait what.... this is very unacceptable you could have at least call me and let me know.... at this point I kinda have no choice but to wait and see if shows up because I have to be at work at 7:30pm and I’m leaving out of town the next day.... well here it is now 5:30pm and still no response and have not shown up yet ..... quite honestly she does a really good job braiding my hair and the prices are reasonable but I rather pay the extra money going somewhere else rather than waste 2 hours sitting outside of an hair salon.... she has officially lost my business after this experience!!!!

The owner is unprofessional and disorganized. She started my hair a full 1.5 hrs late, yelled at me for asking questions about my hair, bad mouthed people who came in asking for prices for hairstyles but didn't want her services, the list goes on. At least the twists looked good for 3 days before they started coming out one by one...sigh. There was an assistant who was clearly disinterested in being there. She came in 45 minutes late and couldn't be bothered to get off of her phone. They both braided so slow. There were 2 other customers who waited 4+ hours for her to be done with my hair to get started on their head. One customer even left and came back and she still had to wait. Lord only knows how late those poor women had to stay and deal with Anita. I am still in disbelief about her unprofessionalism. I would never return and have advised everyone I know to never come to this establishment.

Braiding hair is very time consuming and tedious and it appears that the owner needs more help due to a large amount of customers. The owner is very talented. Although she has limited resources she does her best to accommodate all of her clients needs in a professional manner.
