A little expensive for what my daughter had done. We had a 3 o'clock appointment, but weren't out till almost 6:30. We spent most of the time waiting because my daughter's braids only took about 40 minutes. Despite all of that, the staff was very nice and respectful.

The haircare and hair styles are amazing. Very neat and they do a great job detangling. My daughter never complains when they do her hair. That being said, none of my appointments have ever started on time. I live in palm beach county and have to drive far to get here, having to wait an hour for an appointment is not cool. My time is not being respected. Today that is what I experienced and I am not very happy. All without an apology.

My experience was nice. It was my first time there with my daughter. They are fast and efficient. One suggestion would be to talk to the clients and introduce them to the stylists. I was sitting there just wondering which one of them would be doing my daughter's hair.
