Wife went in to get an inch off her hair and angled around her face. The hair cutter layered all her hair, even around her face. Layering is not angling. Taking an inch off does not mean layering anything. She did not get what she asked for and is mortified to leave the house now. Her hair is too thick to handle layers, she looks like she has an afro now, and sheâ€™s white! Nice hair cutter. HORRIBLE hair cutting. Next time, Supercuts, train your people to listen to their customers. Not all hair can handle layers and your stylist knew that. My wife even told her her hair does not do layers well. Now my wife will have to wait a year for her hair to be any kind of normal again. Sorely disappointed.

Jennifer is new from another Supercuts ; she was quiet and the only one there, finishing up someone with really long hair, at the late hour when I walked in. I had a cut and blow dry and she was cautious but effective! Love my cut and thank you so much Jennifer for the quick and easy cut. I'll be back.

I was here today waiting for long 30 minutes and somebody show up and they took them. I was first in the waiting list. What a bad service, the lady who work jere was so rude. if I could I will put 0 stars. Awful experience.ðŸ˜•ðŸ˜•ðŸ˜•ðŸ˜•

Go to another SuperCuts.. Staff can not even follow a sign in sheet. Twice with 2 different stylist messed up hair cuts.. The men stylist skipped women in line to cut a man's hair. Go to another SuperCuts..
