I am always a walk in customer and I've never waited more 5-10min before being called. I love the people and environment and it's the only place I go to. Never a bad experience here.

Quick and extremely friendly staff who are willing to accept any styling challenge you can throw at them! Always an upbeat atmosphere and usually not too long of a wait unless you're a walk-in right after they open and even then it's not too bad (less than 30 minutes when I was the 4th walk-in with only 2 stylists right after opening).

Not very happy with the haircut. Asked for a simple trim of my ends and it resulted in one side been shorter than the other in the front. I do not have layers so it was a simple trim straight across. Due to this i have to re cut my hair more than 2 inches to match the side that is shorter than the other. WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN.
