Showed up without making an appointment (I've never had to, really) but they got me in no problem and gave me one of the best haircuts I've ever had. Will definitely be coming back.

Great color and style. This was my first time there and loved the outcome! Remi is great! All the ladies were friendly. Definitely will be back.

I've heard many things about this place, so I thought that I should go and try it out for a quick hair touch-up before I went on vacation. I scheduled my appt for a sunday, but I forgot I had to go to church, and when I tried calling them back to tell them. It wouldn't go through, and the lady called 5 minutes after my appt was supposed to start and was VERY rude about it. I rescheduled for the next day and I had gotten called into work and once again, I couldnt reach them. But she called me, 5 minutes after my app was supposed to start and this time she was incredibly rude. We rescheduled my appointment to be after I came home, and as she's about to get off the phone she said "okay. You you're actually going to show up or are we going to have to reschedule again?" And I said, no, I'll make sure my agenda is free and she said "mhmm, well see" and hung up. There was no "have a good day!" Or anything. So, needless to say, they have lost my business, not because they aren't a good salon, because I haven't given them the chance to know, but because they don't have good attitudes. Need
