I've heard many things about this place, so I thought that I should go and try it out for a quick hair touch-up before I went on vacation. I scheduled my appt for a sunday, but I forgot I had to go to church, and when I tried calling them back to tell them. It wouldn't go through, and the lady called 5 minutes after my appt was supposed to start and was VERY rude about it. I rescheduled for the next day and I had gotten called into work and once again, I couldnt reach them. But she called me, 5 minutes after my app was supposed to start and this time she was incredibly rude. We rescheduled my appointment to be after I came home, and as she's about to get off the phone she said "okay. You you're actually going to show up or are we going to have to reschedule again?" And I said, no, I'll make sure my agenda is free and she said "mhmm, well see" and hung up. There was no "have a good day!" Or anything. So, needless to say, they have lost my business, not because they aren't a good salon, because I haven't given them the chance to know, but because they don't have good attitudes.
