My daughter had a consult for hair extensions, after being told the price for the extensions and installation she attempted to leave store with the quote to show me, she then asked when she pays would she be able to take her extensions with her, she was stopped and told she could not leave with the quote nor could she take her purchase with her. They said she would have to have the hair extensions installed by Ulta. While in the parking lot to show me the info, a lady from Ulta called accusing her of leaving without paying. Saying she would be arrested if she did not come back and pay. My daughter said she had taken nothing that required being paid for. So beware of this store or company holding your purchase hostage to force you to spend more money with them.

The staff is horrible! Every time I go there it’s a ways the same and they treat you like garbage! Over priced but good products.

The staff here is always welcoming and polite, and always willing to offer help. The store is clean and tidy, my favorite place to shop for makeup. Not to mention they always have deals on the drugstore makeup section!

This store carries a plethora of products....but it stops there! Rarely can you find a sales associate to help find or ask questions, and YES there's no mistake about the rude, unfriendly, sales girls in this store. I am a big spender here and oftentimes you are to receive a small sample of product, well you would think the cashier was paying for it out of her own pocket!!! It was like pulling teeth!!!...personally I beleive they help themselves to these items (especially as I saw one of the cashiers going thru them and grabbing out several of each of the promotional items). Yes not enough good help, I beleive this store could be doing 3 times better in sales if it wasn't for the staff!!! Too Bad

Has a plethora worth of goodies for the ladies as well as some stuff for men, and gifts for that man to pay attention to; and not take a seat like men do in malls or wherever haha.
