Service was great. I called in advance to make an appointment. Staff was friendly and my hair dresser listened to how I wanted my hair done. It was PERFECTION. I highly recommend Supercuts in the Jacaranda location. A shout out about my hair dresser Nicole whose work was great.

I just got my hair cut there today. I highly recommend them..... Ask for John. He's a great stylist.

Took my two boys there twice, loved the girls there. Took them a third time on 4.7.18 right when they opened. A male opened the door to myself my husband and two boys, on the phone, didn’t say hi to us or the gentleman there also. Went behind the counter and said, another woman is coming in soon please take a seat. We said, “No problem.” The gentleman went and got some product and waited fifteen minutes for the guy to come back and check him out. Making multiple comments like, I guess open, and open for business are two different things. I agreed. Then he looked at us, and asked, are you getting cuts? Which I replied yes for the two boys. He then couldn’t help it and gave a slight eye roll. Then turned and said, I have one other stylist coming in, but she is always late.. so why don’t we schedule you for 11:30 (now an hour after the 20mins we just waited.) my husband was very upset. He must have seen my expression, like why can you not cut their hair- I mean no one was in the salon!? He quickly added, I have a color coming in very shortly who made an apt. (Then I got it, my children’s haircuts were not good enough for him) so we left. I then watched two gentlemen walk in and not come back out. Neither were a color*. I also do not think they were going to wait an hr, but they might have. So I called the salon and said I needed a highlight did he have time... he told me to come in 20mins and he would do it. 😂 I can’t make this up... never will we go back unless our ladies are there... or other staff gets hired...

Don't manage their time well, were rushed, simple haircut not done right

I walked in today and the young lady asked me if I had an appointment. When I said no she said she would try to squeeze me in. Meanwhile, the place was totally empty! So that really took me by surprise. Hence 3 stars instead of 4. However, the young man who cut my hair totally understood what I wanted and gave me a really good cut. Very happy with it and I would go back to him in a heartbeat.
