Lovely salon, beautiful atmosphere and friendly staff. I called this morning and they had an opening for me in less than an hour. Everyone was so nice, my stylist did a beautiful job coloring my hair, and it was the fastest color appointment I’ve ever had! It’s a little pricey but 100% worth it. I highly recommend this salon.

Terrible customer service from employees that don't know how to work a computer or write down someone's name over the phone. I made an appointment calling on a Wednesday for the upcoming Sunday. They said they had plenty of appointments so I made one for 3pm. I also mentioned that I was donating my hair from this cut so it was going to be a big cut for me. I mentioned this in the case they needed to make any notes on the appointment info. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment. When I walked in, no one addressed me or acknowledged that I was there. The phone rang a few minutes later, one of the stylists came over to the desk to answer it. When she was done, she still didn't acknowledge I was there and went back to what she was doing. A few minutes past 3pm, when another stylist finished with her customer and processed his payment, she finally said hello and asked if I was Natalie. I said no and proceeded to explain this was my first time having a service here and I was not told who I was supposed to have my haircut with but that it was at 3pm. She tried to locate my name in their appointment system but she could not find me. There was no extra staff on for the day so they offered to make me an appointment for another time. I drove 40 minutes out of my way to come to this appointment, so I said no thank you and left. I will not be returning to this establishment that doesn't recognize new customers with any sort of care or importance. I would not recommend this to anyone unless they have time to waste.

I was there on a Friday night at 7pm. The place was empty. The woman used hot water on my hair and she burned my head when she was hair blowing it. I called to complain and I called 3 times and never got a phone call returned from the owner

I normally go to hair cuttery, great clips, or sports clips, but after going to this salon (for convenience of locations ), I'll never go anywhere else. I usually pay about $15 for a hair cut, that lasts about 10 to 15 minutes, so a stylist can quickly move on to another client, and so I can go home and trim up missed hairs myself later. Lindsey did a phenomenal job and gave me an experience I've never gotten before. She spent time on my hair to make sure it was right, she talked to me the entire time (instead of engaging with other staff making me feel like I wasn't there, like I've gotten at other places), and she shampoo ed and conditioned my hair with the best scalp massage I've ever had. I honestly feel like I should have paid Extra for that, it was so relaxing. Everyone in the salon is so polite, so kind, so beautiful, and absolutely wonderful to be around. I cannot recommend this salon enough. No more barber shops or cheap clips for this father of two, this is now my new monthly expense for myself. Great price ,great hair cut, and amazing experience from the best staff you could ever ask to be surrounded by.

I have been coming to Bella Lina Cruise for a few years now. Love Lindsey and love this salon and it's location. Very convenient in the Winter Garden Village. My hair always looks great when I leave!
