The salon is nice, however, I was charged for shampoo and conditioner that I didnt ask to purchase, a hair treatment that the shampoo girl did not mention she put on my hair, and I was charged for a “long hair†blow out when my friend with longer hair than me was charged for “short hair.†My experience wouldn’t have been so upsetting had the manager returned my call and spoke to me as if I were of any value. When I told the girl at the checkout that I did not purchase procducts she did take it off my bill. For $500, my hair should have been immaculate. It was brassy and not blended well at all. Because of the management and how poorly they handled the situation, I would never recommend this salon to anyone. Rather than argue with your customers, apologize for their experience and try to make it right. I expected more from the people of Palm Beach. My appointment was in December, and I’ve just had my hair fixed from a professional and decided to let everyone know how much happier I am with the experience and result!
