!!!!Warning!!!!: luck of the draw with the stylists. I got the worst haircut of my life from one of the ladies, then some guy "fixed" it the same day and charged me again even though I just paid a couple hours prior, even though the cut was worse than the lady before him. I'm not racist but apparently he is only used to cutting hair of his own ethnicity. Either that or he just didn't care, because that's how it seemed. I find out later that he was supposedly the manager of this salon...what a joke. I came back looking for the other guy with the gun holster thing holding his scissors but was told he doesn't work there anymore. He was the only one to give a proper haircut. I don't see myself returning without him there. If the manager can't even cut hair then lord knows what you will come out of there looking like. Heed my warning. Save your money.

We arrived around 12:50pm on a Saturday and they told us about a 45min-1hour30 wait. Since it was such a long wait we decided to go to the shops in the area and they said they would call us when it was finally our turn. Not only did they not call us, they supposedly called out our name multiple times within 30 minutes after we left. I found this out from the other customers waiting when we returned. There is one gentleman that works here who is the most level-headed of them all. The rest are clearly breaking under the business which you can see as they lash out at each other in front of customers.

I NEVER leave bad reviews but feel compelled to speak out. The owner needs to ensure stylists, at a minimum, understands how to listen to what the client wants and has the skill set for basic cuts. I have short hair, asked for a trim at my bangs and around my ears. A trim on hair that is 6 inches long is not 2 inches. It's a quarter to half of an inch. My bangs were angled. Stylist cut them halfway up my forehead and straight across. The sides were cut so short that they don't blend with the top. I walked out looking like a boy with a bad cut. Everyone has to start without a lot of experience but these are basics taught in school. I hope my review is taken as intended...a constructive review to learn from. Peace, love and joy
