I have very long hair and I never cut my hair. I was real scared for them to cut it and I let her. She was very good. She took very little, so little I really didn't notice the difference in length. I was very thankful. I think if you just stress that you don't want a lot and show with your fingers the length you will allow to be cut, you will have no problem. They aim to please at the salon.

nice ladies, but doesn't understand the difference between a trim and 2 or 3 inches of my daughters hair. the haircut was free, but the problem was irreversible.
