Called on December 18th to schedule an appt with Chao. Was told by the female answering the phone she was too busy to schedule me. She told me to "call back later, was too busy" Asked her when is later and she told me 30 minutes. I did not call back. This is not the way to obtain a new customer as this salon was referred to me by a friend. I will not call back, nor will I refer to anyone as the lady was RUDE on the phone

I had such and amazing day today at the salon! Because of a hairstylist named Eru. She did my color, highlights, and my blow dry. She did an awesome job! So I recommend you go to Eru to do your hair when your at the salon!
