I have parrot what many of the one-star reviews have to say about customer service. My stylist seemed last then thrilled the whole time and even told me at one point that her other customer had already been “waiting around long enough.” The biggest issue, though, is that I had two options that day and was promised that both would change the color of my grays. I chose the semipermanent believing her scammy verbiage of “it will change the tonality.” My grays were left exactly the same as before. 200 hundred dollars later and one of the biggest issues had want even fixed. I asked for her to at least fix this aspect of the appointment and was given complete runaround.
I called the manager when the stylist— for whatever reason—could not deliver a solution. The manager promised to look into it and call me that day. No return call. So, over week later—I called. They told me the manager, Rachel, was in and asked my name. I waited on hold for a few, then got word that suddenly the manager was not there. Nice. I regret spending so much money there and even paying for child care that day. My appointment was uncomfortable and ineffective. The follow-up calls were just as uncomfortable.
