They open at 10 on Sunday, so I make my appointment for my son and I and we fo right away because it says no wait. But somehow we are always there for over an hour... not enough staff?

I went in for a quick trim and just left there in tears. I have long hair and asked for a basic cut, just trimming a few inches off and keeping it even all the way around. Exactly how I walked in, but shorter. The woman spent less than 5 minutes on my incredibly long hair. She spent significantly longer on little boys with buzz cuts. And apparently she took it upon herself to make it choppy and longer in the front than the back. I asked her to call the manager or owner and she refused. She kept telling me she would fix it. The only way to fix it is to make it even shorter than I wanted it. AWFUL. I will NEVER EVER GO BACK!!!

The Spanish lady skipped me to the next customer, (I have long hair so I'm sure she was trying to get the easier job) claiming he checked in before me online. The other stylist called her out, but they lost my business.

Kinda got the vibe that I was taking up space and time with no customers there and got the corporate type of basic talk from the person cutting my hair. Probably going to go somewhere else.
