Had an appointment with Rusty for 3:30.At 3:30 Rusty started doing a foil hair color. When he was called to the phone, I waited and asked if I did not have an appointment at 3:30. He said yes, I'll get to you. Since he had done my hair for about 9months, I find this unacceptable, as I had to leave work an hour early and lost wages are not good these days. Clearly he has poor time management, but he also lost a good paying/tipping client. I will never go back and do not recommend him, as I know for a fact he has done this to other people. If you don't want to do my hair, just say so. Be a man about it..

Go see Rusty North -- he's a great stylist. Always takes him time and really listens to what I want done. He's very knowledgeable and can do fun things with your hair too! Great for color and styles.

I have been to many Colorist in Jacksonville, Fl. and St. Augustine, Fl. About a year ago I found Rusty North. He has been creatively working, making suggestions and trying to give my hair a more healthy look. Well....today he hit a "home run"! BRAZILIAN BLOWOUT is a MUST for anyone looking to feel better about their hair. The product feels great and the end result is fabulous! If you want to re-fall-in-love with your hair, I HIGHLY recommend this. And of course, RUSTY NORTH is the BEST of the BEST! He is my hair angel.

Rusty north knows nothing about layering hair or highlights steer away he is a power lifter and should stay with that I walked in with beautiful full red hair and left with a blonde green lesbian mullet don't go to him and don't feel his abs no matter how much he begs you to and don't let him leave you under the dryer twice or let him process you twice stay away from this incompetent person
