Fairly standard Great Clips location. The wait time is rather high even if you use the app to check-in, but that's due to the amount of hair stylists on hand. The floor is well swept and the stylists are welcoming and very helpful in helping me decide what haircut would be best for me. I'll routinely go back to Great Clips as a whole.

I went yesterday and Heather gave me a trim. She was friendly, quick and efficient. With each step she told me what she was doing. No waiting. I was in and out in 15 minutes. It was clean and bright inside. She explained the online check in. It was 10:45 a.m. on a Tuesday. I’m sure they have busy times. Not a lot of parking as there are several businesses in the center but there is additional parking in the back.

Hit or miss. Today was a miss. The barber (didn't get his name), turned me away from the mirror, quickly cut off more the twice the amount of hair I wanted removed, then turned me back to the mirror to reveal the damage. Will take at least 2 months to grow back to the desired length... really dissappointed because this can't be fixed with a better haircut...I just have to live with it. He also took about half of the length of my eyebrows off. I have no idea how long it will take those to grow back as i have never had a barber do this to my eyebrows without asking. Really not cool. I could not be more discouraged about this haircut.
