My husband and son have been going here for the last 4 years and will not be going back. I used their app to check in online like I usually do. When I checked in it said I had a 77 minute wait. So I went and picked up my kids, grabbed a quick bite for dinner and ran an errand to kill time and not have to go home. During this time I closely monitored my time through the app. When I went in to the salon the lady pulled up my informatuob but told me the "system" cancelled my appointment. She then Told me that I was removed because when I checked it was over an hour wait. I challenged her on this as it didn't make any sense. The app never cancelled me, it allowed me to check in with over an hour wait, it didn't send me a message or notification telling me this. It is also not found in the apps terms and conditions. Then she tells me that I have to wait for another 30-35 minutes to get my sons haircut. Ugh! I called the corporate office and The lady took my complaint down and told me that I should be getting a call from a representative of this location. I am now going on my fourth business day without a phone call. Cherry on top!
