Jazmarie,this red haired lady is the WORST stylist I’ve ever had!!!! VERY IMPOLITE.she cut my hair so hard I have scratches on my head! I told her what I want and she didn’t seem to even be listening. She took many pauses so I assumed she had no idea what she was doing. I wanted a little bit of hair cut on the top of my head and she just started chopping away without asking me how much I wanted so I had to go to another great clips and spend more money just to get it fixed. Very upset would never recommend this great clips again she was very bad and unprofessional.

I was a regular customer here but after last week's experience, I'm going to explore other places. This was last Friday and I just went for a regular haircut. There were 2 hair stylists already serving customers. I don't remember the name of this particular stylist but my experience with her was pretty bad. She is not super talkative but that is fine. As long as you, you do your job well, I don't care for chit chat. I made a request to cut the hair slightly short (after she was done) and she got super annoyed. It was pretty obvious!! Here is the best part. She did a shoddy job after that. One side of my head just stood out and I asked her to fix it. She said I have a colic. I said "OK, can you do something about it". Again, it felt like I asked her to do something that was totally not feasible. Then, she got some special scissors and fixed the colic. Talk about customer experience. I usually don't give a bad review but in this case, I'm going out of my way to do this.

Terrible they didn't cut my hair the way I asked them to and they cut it too short so now I can't even get it fixed, they didn't get all the hair off my side burns and when they used the razor to shave the back of my neck the machine irritated my skin so much that now it's red. The lady was nice sure but she didn't do it right at all. Never going back in there, I feel like a fool for paying $14 for a crappy haircut

Haircut was decent for the price , but when I asked for more layers to create more volume near my face, my hairstylist who was just "filling in", Bailey told me that she had no razors and then asked another stylist over, who proceeded to tell me that I needed to use product to see the layers. Not my first time getting a haircut or this haircut for that matter. That combined with Bailey's obvious loathing of being there left a very bad taste in my mouth.

Carelessness - I'm NOT happy with my hair cut. I asked for short side burns, instead got NO side burns. Now they are totally ruined and i'm embarrassed. She told me "her version of short was different than mine" when i asked why she did so. Worst, my left and right side burns are not even SAME. Never going back to this place again.
