It would be nice if this business were open during the hours posted on the website and on the door. Twice now I have arrived almost 2 hours before closing to find the doors closed. The first was Halloween, when the doors were closed and locked at 6, and now on Sunday, July 2 when the posted hours show them closing at 5 p.m., the doors are closed at 3 and there is a hand-written note (hardly seems official) indicating that from now on the shop closes at 3. I will not be back. It is not worth my time to try to go if I can't be sure they are open

Walked in, Katie took my name and number then started to cut my hair. She asked what I wanted and I didn't even really know but gave her vague ideas and she worked magic. Would definitely go back to her.
