I had the absolute best experience possible! The staff was friendly and helpful. Kenzie did the most AMAZING job on my hair. It turned out better than I had hoped for! Both the cut and color were perfect and she was so pleasant. The new location is beautiful too! I've already gotten more compliments than I can handle. Thanks guys!!!

They wouldn't color my friends hair silver because they thought it would damage her hair to even decolorize it. They did test strands wrong. We left with only a hair cut. Went home and did it myself since I go to cosmetology school and her hair is perfectly fine and gorgeous.

Staff were amazing!! The place was very nice and clean. However, the prices are ridiculous.

A few weeks ago, I went to Bella Salon with my bridesmaids to get our hair and makeup done for my wedding. I've been in several weddings, and this was the first time we went to a salon where all the girls (there were 7 of us total) were finished pretty much on time and everyone was happy with their hair and makeup--no re-dos necessary! I have to give a special shout out to Emily who did my hair and makeup. She was just awesome. I liked what she did during our practice hair, but she improved the style the day of the wedding and I loved it even more! I'm not someone who wears very much makeup, so when I told her what I wanted, she listened and applied my makeup better than I had envisioned for myself. Thank you, Emily, and thank you, Bella Salon!

I had a lovely experience here. Tyler did a phenomenal job and was professional and super sweet. I would highly recommend! Edit: went again July. Chelsea was wonderful and attentive and warm. Will absolutely return. This is no longer located in valley west mall btw. It is across the street.
