I received the worst haircut of my life! I had to pull hairs up to let the "stylist" see that she missed some 3 times. When I got home to check (since apparently showing your customer with a mirror is of the past) I noticed an inch or more difference from one side to the other. This is a big deal with short hair, which may I add is nothing at all like the example I showed. Customer service was also poor.

The staff there was courteous however they didn't seem to know what they were doing. I wanted a high light, one color, and after being there for 3 hours you can't even tell I added any color to my hair. For the price it's not worth it. I will never go back there for anything!

I said that I wanted an inch taken off my length, and minimal layering. I got lots of very choppy layers. I said I wanted fringe bangs, and got un-even choppy bangs that were much shorter than I wanted. I said that I wanted one side to be 1/2 an inch long, and I got 1/2 an inch taken off. At least the back looks good. I definitely would NOT recommend this salon, to anyone. Unless you're looking for a bad haircut.
