Lacey is a great stylist but every time I saw her she was fielding phone calls(of which there were many), adjusting the air temps, perfecting the radio station selections, sweeping the floor, all while doing my hair. These tasks fell to her because no one else was around. The salon was a ghost town. And even when other stylists were working, receptionist duties fell to her. Plus the salon is filthy. Lacey deserves way better. She needs support staff and a good work environment. And I decided I needed a soothing place to get my hair done. I was sorry to break up with Lacey but she seriously needs a better work place so her customers can enjoy their appointments with her instead of feeling like they should man the phone or grab a Swiffer.
