Don't be fooled by nice interior

I made an appointment to get my hair cut by a stylist but instead I guess I got a shared appointment since my stylist took care of me and another client both at the same time. I got my hair washed and was taken to the cutting station. My stylist cut about an inch off my hair and then left me there, calling on another stylist to come quickly to blow dry my hair. The other stylist went away to tend to someone else so I was left sitting there with wet and haphazardly cut hair while my stylist turned around and began putting curlers into another client's hair for a perm. I sat there for a whole 12 minutes before I got pissed and asked for a blowdryer so I could dry my own damn hair since I don't have time to be sitting there twiddling my thumb. My stylist (Angie) actually hands me a blowdryer and goes back to rolling the other client's hair into the perm machine and so I dry my own hair. She comes back to tend to me in another 5-10 minutes or so and cuts the remainder of my dried hair in

I just got a scalp cleaning and Wakan treatment. Turned out great. My scalp feels so refreshed and clean. Def. a happy day for my scalp:) After the Wakan treatment, my grays are gone and surprisingly my hair feels softer thanks to the owner and staff:) Very friendly and great atmoshere! Love the music and the ambience:)

Kris did a great job on straightening my hair. Since it already had highlights, he recommended a specific process that made my hair perfectly straight and still healthy. He gave me a great haircut as well! I left Amitie salon feeling very pampered; as all the staff was wonderful!
