I made an appointment with Kathy & came in with a pretty specific idea of what I wanted done. Kathy suggested a small detail change & I was open to the idea. In the middle of the cut I realized that her suggestion didn't look right so I asked her to instead use my original idea. At this point she just starts sighing and passive aggressively berating me for not liking her suggestion. She takes the scissors and starts going at my hair carelessly, totally botches it within two minutes, and then stormed off into the back. Now I have an incredibly uneven hair cut and I'll have to go much shorter than I planned to. I don't usually write reviews but I've truly never had an experience like this; she was doing a fine job initially but by the end she was behaving so unprofessionally and was downright mean. She could have even refused to change it but instead she chose to haphazardly snip away at a third of my hair. Would not recommend Kathy at all though I'm sure other ladies at the shop are fine.

My husband and I have been going to Impressions Hair Design for 6 months now and are very pleased with the hair services we receive from Arlene. The salon is clean, the prices are great and the staff is friendly.
