Been going to this salon for several months now, I get a great hair do from my stylist but I do have one issue-the atmosphere. I was told that Lucia's was undergoing a makeover and there was some cosmetic work being done to the salon. I thought it was odd the second time I went in there, because it looked as if nothing was being done to the salon. It looks like a warehouse and very dirty. It merely looks like a hair salon. If I were the owner, I would just sack up and close for a week and renovate it, quick. It gives the customers anxiety. One goes to a salon to be relaxed and escape from the problems of everyday. This salon and its unwelcoming atmosphere causes the polar opposite. I sincerely hope that the next time I come to this salon, it will look different. I would give this salon 5 stars based on the service, but unfortunately it's just incredibly junky in there. If I come back and the salon is still not finished, I'm going to definitely consider changing salons.

The staff are all professional and very talented. They do a wonderful job; my only criticism is their upselling of all product all the time. I can handle this, given how great my hair looks when I walk out of the salon. Nice work, ladies!

I have nothing but great things to say about Lucia's...the salon on main. They used to be located much closer to my home when they were in Lyndhurst (I'm from Mayfield) but I felt their quality was worth the extra drive to Hudson. Owner Sally takes the time to make sure all of her employees are not only well-educated but also built up with encouragement and light. This has been evident in my stylists, as they have consistently treated me with the same kindness as they do my hair. I always leave a satisfied customer and highly recommend them to anyone in the Northeastern Ohio region.

I went to get my hair done here earlier this week. My hair was dark blond with highlights. I told the hairdresser I wanted LIGHT brown. just to make it look more natural because I had an interview with a tv station. The hair dresser told me my hair needed to be FILLED first (never bothered to mention cost), and then DYED my hair a DARK RED/BROWN. I hated it. She told me I would get used to it in a couple days. I will NEVER go back, and I will NEVER recommend them. STAY AWAY.

I was disappointed with this salon. I wanted to love it, but after my service I hate it. I went in for full highlights and only got a few on the top of my head. Even in partial highlights it was my understanding that the sides of your head get highlighted so it looks good when you pull your hair back in a ponytail. It looks like nothing was done to my hair and I paid over $100 for it. I got my eyebrows waxed and I don't know it they tore instead of pulling, but I walked out with large burnt marks where the wax was. Its was really bad and it is super humiliating for a grown woman to walk around like this.
