Elaina truly is a master of her craft. She has been doing my hair no less than 20 years. I have tried a few times to go elsewhere, however my hair never looks as good as when Elaina does it!! That being said I currently live in Pittsburgh and will gladly continue to return to Tangles, time and time again!!

I love Miranda. I can honestly say that in 8 years+ of seeing her, I have never left not loving my hair!!!

I'm not happy about my experience. Miranda is awesome, love my haircut always, but not happy about the manager and my hair color. The options were go really dark or just go home and it will eventually wash out. And stop back in a couple of days and let us see what it looks like. I will be going somewhere else.
