Great place and great staff. Needed help finding right shade of foundation and they helped find the perfect shade. No pressure to buy high end stuff. Willing to listen to what you need and guide you to the right products. A lot of products to choose from.

It easy access to his store as they have there own entrance at the Ohio valley Mall. If you need help finding something the employees are very helpful in trying to find that exact product or give you options of something similar.

1st experience in the store. 5 employees standing around. No one asked me if they could help. I finally walked up to them and one snobby girl took me where product was and walked away. I seriously expected polite service. They didnt indulge in any conversation with customers. They talked amongst each other while customers looked aimlessly. I intended to purchase more than mascara.

Love the clearance deals as well as the Ulta staple items! ((Just wish the bags didnt leave a bright orange stain on my hand. Lol. Then i wouldn't be busted for shopping so often!))
