Do not get your hair cut here. I came in for a simple trim and came out with it being uber short in the back and long in the front with no angle. I complained and said it was wrong and pointed out there was no angle and looked awful and the stylist told me if I did not like it was my prerogative to like or not like my hair. I went to another salon 2 days later and had to cut it all short to match it up even a little because she did NOT cut my hair correctly. Today I called the store and was told I could call back another day to speak with the manger. There was no apology....NOTHING. I wish I could rate them with ZERO stars.

Took my daughter to get her hair did for her 13th birthday. My daughter was pretty nervous but they made her feel very comfortable. Jeananne did an amazing job on Bailey's hair, it was a difficult job because of Bailey's hair type. But they tackled the job here and I don't think we could be happier. I really wish I could have tipped much higher. I would absolutely return to Regis. Thanks guys! Merry christmas.!

I took in a picture on my phone, and held it while the girl butchered my hair. All I can say is that some people should not be allowed to play with scissors. I cried all the way home.
