They do not treat their customers respectfully. Barely any eye contact or friendly communication.

Most horrible experience I’ve ever had there. The stylist barely greeted me. Told her what I wanted done then started spraying my hair with a spray bottle. She didn’t ask if I wanted a shampoo. When I said I think you just need to wash it, she continued to spray my head with the spray bottle. Then stated, well it’s this or you pay for a wash. WTH?? She cut way too much off my hair. She and other stylist talked of other things to each other that was not needed while they had customers. Very unprofessional, I won’t be back. I should have gotten up and walked out like I wanted to when she was spraying my head and face with the stupid spray bottle. Do not go there if your really wanting a half way decent hair cut.
