I always go to Famous Hair because I want to get my hair cut when the urge hits me, not wait for an appointment. I have never had a bad experience here. The stylists are also very helpful in recommending new products for your particular type of hair.

I have an unusual haircut, and the girl who cuts my hair does such a great job! I haven’t been so happy with my hair since the last hairstyle I had. Everyone who works there is super friendly, and the prices are great! I Will always return :)

The stylist are not attentive to your words. They do the basic standard haircut to get you out of the chair. They are never focused on you personally. They are forever distracted by the telephone or next customer to walk through the door.

I take my child here consistently for haircuts. My child has autism, which can be an obstacle with sensory overload. The staff here is so kind and patient if my child has a meltdown. I cannot thank them enough for their patience and kindness in dealing in this matter. I was profusely apologetic and the hairdresser repeatedly told me it's ok and no need to apologize. The smallest kindness' go a million miles with us and mean the world to us. Again, thank you for your beyond excellent patience and customer service skills.
