12 buck haircut, done by a true professional. It is a great value if you ask me and my wife agrees that the job is top notch. The staff is very friendly and considerate of your time. Was very very impressed.

Nice salon with a nice beautician. Billy v knows a lot about hair . He cut and styled my daughter's hair beautifully. I would recommend Billy V over and over again.

It took me a year, but I finally found the best place to go for a haircut in the area. I used to go all the way out to Pittsburgh or moon, but Billy does a way better job than anyone else at a competitive price.

I have been going to Billy for 11 years, I won't let anyone else touch my hair. Very talented stylist offering contemporary cuts and teachings on how to care for/style it so you get the look you want day after day. Love this place!
