My 5 years old is crying since hair cut at this place.. Lady there cut it way too much.. we asked for shoulder length and she cut is at least 3 inches above it.. never going to be here again.. skill less hair dresser.. whn asked to make hair equal both sides she responded in a rude tone " she is moving" .. is she expecting a 5 yrs old kid to sit like a statue for her ease..? They should know how to handle kids if they are in business..useless.. please don't go there, especially people whole love their hairs.. they won't take a minute to ruin your year long effort.. my worst decision ever for my daughter..

I really want to give 0 stars but thats not a viable option. This place is HORRIBLE! Unskilled staff who do what THEY want to your hair. I specifically asked to maintain my bob, asked for just the back to be trimmed and stacked and she murdered my sides and used thinning shears.I now have spots on the side of my bob that are too short. I called corporate and requested they restaff the entire shop with ADULTS. They're teenagers working there who are caddy and inexperienced. SAVE YOUR MONEY
