Donna was amazing. I used a box color and completely ruined my hair as I look like a big Orange. And Donna was able to fix the color and also give me the bright blonde highlights that I was trying to achieve. Her recommended protein pack has already made my hair look much healthier only after a few uses. And I love my haircut. I had radiation treatment on my brain and it really thinned my hair out over the years. And when the cheaper competitors couldn't achieve the look that I was trying to achieve and also make my hair look fuller I went back to Philip pelusi. And I'm so glad I did because it doesn't even look like I had radiation and lost hair. Donna you are amazing, Tina is amazing... If you have colored your hair with a box color know that it will cost you a lot of money to fix it and make it look right . So the moral of the story is to not use box hair color. Thank you again Donna I love my hair and I can't wait to see you again

stylist was rude and condescending, also told me the cut and color I wanted would cost "a little different" than I was quoted when I made the appointment (was double the price). I felt very judged and she was unwilling to work with me on what I wanted done with my hair. Left in tears and went somewhere else where I recieved much better service

Quoted $87 for cut and color over the phone. After showing up the stylist asked where my girlfriend got her last bleach kmart or walmart? Then quoted her $150 for her to actually fix it and dye it. Or without dyeing it $120. We promptly left and will never be returning. It is one thing to underestimate the price, but to insult the customer and then ask for almost double the quoted price is rediculous.
