I LOVEEEEE Vanessa. She's been doing my hair for years and even after moving to Cali, I still come back for her services. I've never trusted anyone with my hair. She also does AMAZING work for weddings and events. This place will always be my go-to!

My first time going there.. they never showed me where the tanning beds where, or how to work them since they are from the 1950's i have never seen one like them. Then when I asked someone to show me how they said i have to turn on the emgerency switch then the time which kinda scared me.. so anyway i dealt with it.. Then a couple days later I went back for another visit and first of all I go in there, and there is no one in the office to see then I finally found someone to let them now i was going in. While i was in the tanning bed the employee just decided to LEAVE!!! Left the front door unlocked, lights on and me in the tanning bed!!! Without even letting me know.....So when i came out i was leaving like a normal customer and when i got out to my car i realized i forgot my keys.. I turned around and tried to go back in and the door was locked. Now these people are suppose to be open. Meanwhile i set my car alarm off and a cop drives by to make sure i was ok and i told him the story!! He could not beleive how they could just leave like that!! Not perfessional!!! So while i waited and 1hour and a half since i had NO car keys and my son was STRANDED at school.. a girl pulled up. She also was a customer whom had an APPOINTMENT. I told her the story. POINT of my story is NO ONE CAME BACK!! The cop even called the store owner and had no respond!!! They not only inconventiced myself, my sons daycare, the other customer and my girlfriend for helping me out to get a ride sine this so called salon has there own hours!! The owner i finally spoke to about the situation she compensatied by offering a free months of tanning which i took to TRY to give them a second chance, well AGAIN no employees at the time of service, bulbs half burned out and you have to clean your OWN BED!! so i called the owner back to ask what are your hours and she cleary stated WHENEVER WE WANT!! WHAT KIND OF BUSSINESS IS THIS!!! I WOULD NEVER GO THERE THE PEOPLE ARE NOT VERY WELCOMING, they don't really care for the customers!! Good LUCK if you choose these services!! Hopefully not!!!
