I had a fantastic experience at Lux. Kelly is a genius! My cut, balayage and style is absolutely beautiful. No other stylist has achieved the color I was looking for in the past, but Kelly rocked it! I couldn’t be more pleased. The atmosphere of the salon and products used were enjoyable as well.

Loved my experience at Lux. Stephanie was awesome & she did such a nice job on my hair. It’s a really comfortable, cozy atmosphere and I will definitely go back.

I have been a customer of this salon since it opened and I can't imagine having my hair cut or colored anywhere else. I love the fact that all of the products are organic. The atmosphere is amazing and the staff is top notch! I recommend Lux to friends and colleagues regularly and will continue to do so! 5 much deserved stars from me!

I have never been to this salon however I recently found a $100 gift certificate my son gave me as a Christmas gift. The expiration date was 12/23/12. I have had this happen with gift certs for other places where there was an expiration date and when I called to see if I could still use it was told that I absolutely could. After all, my son paid $100 and no services were received. The owner of the salon said 'it wasn't her choice'. Well I do not agree. It is your choice to make the decision to allow the use of the gift certificate. After all word of mouth is the best advertisement and can also be the worst advertisement.
