Sam is awesome! I went in with brown hair, that has had boxed dye on it, wanting to go blonde. I've done it before, so I had realistic expectations for my first visit. She far exceeded them! She explained everything as we went through the process, was honest about how it would turn out, and I'm in love with how healthy and bright my hair is now!

I had gone to the hair cuttery in the Lehigh Valley shopping center on Saturday for a cut and an ombre...the lady tells me it's a 45 minute wait...2 hours later I got told they wouldn't have time for me anymore and if I could come in on Wednesday. She made me an appointment for 4 o'clock...I come in today, Wednesday, and sit again for 2 hours and end up not even getting anything done because they messed up scheduling and repeatedly told me it'd only be a few more minutes 😡

I would go get a set of clippers for $20 and do it yourself, you are much better off. Poorly managed, they don't care how long you wait or if you ever get waited on, no motivation and terrible service plenty of others in the area to go too.
