John is the stylist I have been going to since past 12 years. He used to work at Conshohocken location but moved to this location and so have I. Says a lot . He is the best. Wouldn't go to any other stylist. Call and ask him to set up appointment instead of other people who answers the call and he will try his best to accommodate you. He is worth every extra dime you pay for asking for a Master Stylist as they charge more than their regular stylist. The salon is like any other Hair Cuttery location. John is the reason I keep going back.

Disorganized. They had no clue that I was there for the first 10 minutes. I will not come back.

The girl I went to did an ok (if disturbingly fast) job on most of my hair, but I don't think she knew how to cut bangs. I now have to figure out how to hide bangs that are 5 distinctly different lengths, plus the random bits she didn't cut at all, until they grow back enough to get cleaned up. Never going back there!
