I go to Sydney and she is wonderful. She did a fantastic job on my complete makeover from gray (all one length) to sassy, layered brunette again... she completely understood what I wanted and did that. Next visit was just a cleanup - with some special attention to problem issues. Again - she "got it" instantly. She is also a genuinely sweet and intelligent woman and the atmosphere in there is very down to earth and friendly. They never try to shame you or sell you on things ... (rare!) ....I will make it my new home for hair! :)

I was hesitant to change a Salon for years so I did my homework and look for great reviews. Found the best reviews and recommendations. It is Hair Artistry by Valerie in Aston. So happy with the results and I found a new place to go to now. Hillary was great and patient with what I want. You got a new client!!!

Hilary was absolutely wonderful. When I go to a salon I generally expect the stylist to do what will look best. I hadn't had my hair cut in literally years! I told her I needed an intense trim and she gave me exactly what I needed. A generous cut with some layers and styling that was flattering. Great prices and convenient. No more paying to park in center city for me! Thank you!

Hair Artistry by Valerie is a very warm & welcoming salon!! The decor is beautiful & the Stylists are down to earth friendly & extremely talented too! I always enjoy going to visit with Hilary each month to visit while getting my hair shnazed up.. I always get compliments & people asking where I go. Two people I referred... continue to go to the salon and love it there.

This establishment is an awful, LOW CLASS salon with terrible service and even worse ownership. My experience here was horrific - the towels were smelly, the products are cheap and their quality of work is terribly unprofessional. I spent $500 to have my hair colored. They burnt my hair and my scalp. They spent maybe one minute maximum rinsing my hair. The color was completely wrong and when I complained Sidney said that the color was right but the lighting in the salon was bad. When I went back to have it fixed, they made it even worse! The owner is the worst part of this salon. I tried to voice my displeasure with her, but she completely refused to speak with me. The only time I got a response from her was through email when she flat out refused to provide a refund or do ANYTHING to make the situation right. If you want to be treated well and get your hair done right, I would recommend you avoid this salon at all costs! The owner posted picture of my hair after photoshop!! She called police Belmont me because I want to come to her salon and show her my hair. This place and the owner is nightmare!!
