I went to the Jenny’s for the first time back in March. Two months later, my hair is still repairing from the damage the stylist caused. When I was at the salon, I really didn’t love the color and it looked a little off in my bangs. When I went home, I could tell that the stylist damaged my hair. I’m not sure if she processed the color too long in combination with too much heat. My hair was so damaged I couldn’t even go to another salon to fix it until it was semi-healthy. Because of this, I actually had some of the my hair in my bang section break off. I had to buy deep conditioning masks and use Biotin supplements to help my hair get heathy. When you spend $140 with a tier 4 stylist, you really don’t expect for 2 inches of your bangs to fall out. I understand that you might get a hair color or cut that’s not your favorite when you’re going to a stylist for the first time, but I’ve been getting my hair colored for 10 years and never had my hair fall out because a stylist over processed my color and applied too much heat. Maybe the stylist had an off day but I’ll never be going back.
